I have a team of fantastic folks who help to make it happen. Meet Jessica, Olivia, Tim and Greg; all Associate Brokers who are as crazy about Colorado as I am. Be sure to read their brief profiles and learn more about how they can help you make your real estate dreams a reality!
I have lived in Colorado for 27 years and remember when many of our busy roads were still dirt and gravel. I will always live in Colorado and want others to be able to find their slice of paradise as well. I know the Front Range intimately, from Loveland to Larkspur and have spent time in many of the communities in between.
Like any other good Colorado citizen, I love being outdoors and being active. I enjoy road biking, horse-backing riding, and hot yoga. I adore animals and have two dogs named Laney and Tanner. I hope to rescue many animals including dogs, cats, and horses in my lifetime. I volunteer in Douglas Country with the Douglas Land Conservancy helping to create the Next Generation Board. Preserving open space and beautiful places is very important to me.
Recent changes in the health care industry made it no longer rewarding for me to practice as a chiropractic doctor. I had to do a lot of soul-searching to come to the decision. After wandering a couple different directions, I kept getting signals for the universe to seek a different path.
I came to the realization that I like to help people and solve problems. I thought back to the farmhouse I ran my practice out of and how much I enjoyed fixing it up. I thought about how all my semesters at CU as a house manager brought enjoyment. I even smiled thinking about my first year in college as an architect student and how much I enjoyed designing structures and spaces. All signals pointed in the same direction…… a real estate broker it is.
Having been a doctor, I feel I bring a level of integrity often missing in the real estate industry. Homes are not an asset to subject to emotional decisions. Let me help you navigate safely to fulfill your real estate needs. I have a fabulous wife, a stupendous toddler, two teenagers who think I’ve zero wisdom and a dog that actually listens to me. We would all be grateful for you to consider letting me earn your business and the privilege of representing you.
I live in the Washington Park area of Denver in a 105 year old craftsman house. Born in Los Angeles, I bought my first home at 22 years old. I love buying distressed homes and, using my carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, turning them from an eyesore into a dream home. In the mid 90’s, I moved to Washington State and bought a home on 14 acres with a view of Mount St. Helens before moving to Denver nearly 10 year ago.
My wife Terri and I adopted a rescue dog named Lexi who has been a wonderful addition to our family. The Colorado lifestyle fits me perfectly! I love skiing, scuba diving, hiking, biking and learning about science and technology. I love writing poetry and all types of music and theater. We are blessed to have a ski condo in Breckenridge and a home in Loreto Bay, Mexico. In addition, I love creating fabulous meals in the kitchen throw big parties in our wonderful backyard for family and friends.
